How both above are used directly in case presentation to improve oral health
Role playing more effective communication techniques
How to manage patient expectations around paying for dentistry
How to lead your dental team more effectively
How to mirror people who think differently than yourself
How to not judge a patient too quickly
How to create a vision/mission statement for your practice

She and her husband owned a successful dental practice in Florida for 31 years, eventually leaving the clinical aspect of dentistry to share with others what works effectively for patients.
